Your privacy is important to me. This page explains what information is collected when you visit soulaaniblue.com, how it’s used, and your choices.

1. What I Collect

Newsletter. If you subscribe to the mailing list, I store your name and email address. That data is held securely by Formspree (my form provider) and used solely to send you occasional updates about new music, stories, and mutual‑aid work. You can unsubscribe at any time, and your information will be deleted.

Analytics. I use Umami, a privacy‑first analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect any personal data. It simply counts page views, shows which pages are popular, and tells me roughly where visitors come from (country level only). I see no IP addresses, no device fingerprints, and no individual behaviour.

No other data. This site does not use advertising, affiliate links, or any other tracking technology. I don’t see who you are, and I don’t want to.

2. How Your Information Is Used

• Newsletter: To send you the updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe anytime via the link in every email.
• Analytics: To understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and where to focus my energy. No personal data is ever viewed, stored, or shared.

3. Third‑Party Services

Formspree – processes newsletter subscriptions. Their privacy policy is at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

Umami Cloud – provides the analytics I use. Their privacy policy is at umami.is/privacy.

GitHub Pages – hosts the site. GitHub may log basic technical information (like your IP address) to serve the pages, as described in their privacy statement.

4. Cookies

This site does not use cookies. No tracking cookies, no session cookies, nothing. The newsletter pop‑up stores a small piece of data in your browser’s local storage (not a cookie) to remember that you’ve already seen it, so it doesn’t annoy you. That data never leaves your device and is deleted automatically after 30 days.

5. Your Rights

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. If you want me to manually delete your email from the mailing list, just reach out (see below) and I’ll do it immediately.
